Apple & Blueberry Pie Baked Oats

If you’re someone who struggles to meal prep or skips breakfast because they run out of time every morning- this bakes oats recipe is your answer!

Make this once, serve it 3-4 times.

For this easy recipe you’ll need:
2 cups rolled oats
1 1/2 cups milk
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
3 tbsp maple syrup
1 punnet blueberries (125g)
1/2 Granny Smith apple (chopped into small cubes)

Topping:
1 dollop of yoghurt of choice
1 tbsp peanut butter
A sprinkle of sunflower seeds

Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius
Combine all ingredients (except the toppings) in a baking dish
Bake for 40 minutes or until golden
Serve with toppings

Add the leftovers to an airtight container and heat up each morning.
