How do I pay for my Telehealth consultation?

Payment is required upon booking via our website.

What is your cancellation policy?

We request that you cancel or change your appointment at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. This gives us the opportunity to fill the appointment time. Failure to do so will incur a fee of 50% of your appointment price.

A link to do so can be accessed via the initial confirmation email you received for your appointment. Alternatively, feel free to email or call us about your appointment change.

Can I claim my consultation if I have private health insurance?

Please contact your private health insurance provider to enquire if you are able to claim on your nutrition consultation prior to your appointment. Different health funds will offer different rebates depending on your fund of choice and level of cover. If you are making a claim, you can use the automated paid invoice that will arrive in your email inbox after your appointment to complete the claim online.

How do I prepare for my consultation?

Following booking an initial consultation, a client intake form will be emailed to you. Please complete this and email it back to the clinic at least 48hrs prior to your consultation. This ensures we have received all required details to proceed with your consultation and provide you with a seamless and high quality experience.
