Method
Preheat oven to 180 degrees
Cut fruit into cubes
Over a hot pot, add in all filling ingredients and let simmer for 10 minutes
In a separate bowl, add oats and sift through flour.
In a third bowl, melt coconut oil in the microwave. Once melted, add coconut sugar to the coconut oil.
Poor the coconut oil and coconut sugar over the oats and flour and rub into the grain.
Stir through shredded coconut.
Poor your fruit filling into a dish, and cover with the crumble. Pat down the crumble evenly.
Add your dish to the oven and cook for 20 minutes or until crumble is golden.
Serve with ice cream
