Ban-Berry Nice Cream (Vegan)

ONLY 3 INGREDIENTS MY LOVES!

Ingredients:

4x bananas

9x strawberries (1x punnet)

400ml can coconut milk

Method

Peel bananas and chop leaves off the top of your strawberries.

Chop bananas and strawberries in half. Freeze overnight.

Add all ingredients to your food processor/ blender (this may need to be done in 2x

portions to avoid overfilling your appliances).

Blend until you get a creamy consistency.

Freeze for at least 6 hours

Scoop with a hot spoon or scooper

Garnish with fresh additional strawberries, coconut flakes, whatever your heart desires
