Choc Chip Baked Oats

Breakfast doesn’t have to be boring! And if choc chips are the way to your heart (like me) 🙊 you’ll have to give this EASY recipe a try!

1/3 cup oats
2/3 cup milk
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp choc chips
1/2 banana mashed
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla essence

Preheat oven to 175 degrees Celsius
Add all ingredients except the choc chips into a ramekin, mix them together
Add in the choc chips, stir through
Bake in the oven for 25 minutes
