Chocolate Chip Cookies
I have been a tea drinker for as long as i can remember. I used to sit at the table with my non and pop whilst they had theirs and sip on my mini cup. From there my guilty pleasure of dunking a cheeky cookie in started. Nothing beats a freshly baked batch of chocolate chip cookies. This recipe is super easy, fast and delicious.
Recipe:
1 tablespoon LSA
1 1/2 cups plain flour (I used GF)
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
3 tablespoons almond milk
70g butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
100g dark chocolate chips
1/3 cup coconut sugar
Method:
Preheat oven to 150 degrees celcius (fan forced oven).
Melt butter in microwave until soft.
Add melted butter, vanilla extract, coconut sugar to food processor, mix through (I used a whisk attachment to combine) for 2 minutes.
Add almond milk, LSA and baking powder to mixture.
Gradually add flour into mixture as it is combining.
Transfer the entire mixture to a mixing bowl then stir through the chocolate chips.
Line baking tray with baking paper.
Add dollops of cookie batter to the tray.
Bake for 30 minutes or until golden.
ENJOY!
