Double Choc Banana Bread

PSA: everyone needs this recipe! Save it, bake it, share it, love it. Developing recipes can be so hit and miss, I LOVE when its perfect the first time healthy swaps don’t have to be boring! Add more fibre to your diet with simple swaps like this one.

3 very ripe bananas

2 eggs

1 cup almond meal

1 cup wholemeal flour

1/3 cup cacao powder

1/2 tsp salt flakes

1.5 tsp baking soda

2 tbsp honey

1/2 cup dark choc chips (plus extra to sprinkle ontop)

Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

Mash bananas in a mixing bowl, then add and combine all other ingredients.

Line a baking tray with baking paper, pour in batter and bake for 30 minutes.
