Halloumi Heaven

This dreamy side takes 5 minutes and looks pretty on the eyes!

125g halloumi (slice into 6 pieces)

2 tbsp fresh oregano (chopped finely)

1/4 pomegranate (seeds)

3 tbsp olive oil Salt flakes or salt

1/4 lemon (cut into a wedge)

Pour 2tbsp olive oil onto a plate

Place your halloumi slices onto the plate and coat in olive oil

Sprinkle half your oregano over one side of the halloumi slices

Pour 1tbsp olive oil onto a heated saucepan

Place the halloumi onto the saucepan with the oregano coated side face down

Sprinkle oregano on the halloumi that it facing upwards, after 1 minute (or until golden), turn the halloumi over

Place halloumi onto a side place, garnish with a lemon wedge and pomegranate seeds
