Lemon, Ginger & Honey Brew
This is my “go to” drink when ever i start to feel sick. I make it multiple times throughout the day and find it always makes my cold a lot better. The key is to beat the flu before it hits you too hard.
I also make my immunity boosting soup which together is the perfect natural remedy to give your body a big dose of vitamins and minerals (scroll down to find the recipe).
Recipe
1/2 squeezed lemon
1/2 thumb of ginger grated (cut skin off)
1 1/2 cups boiled water
Method
Add ginger and honey to pot, turn heat on high.
Once honey has melted add boiled water and let simmer for 3 minutes.
