Method
Bring saucepan to the boil, add pear, cinnamon and vanilla extract. Simmer for 10 minutes or until pear is softened.
Whilst the pear is poaching, bring almond milk to the boil in a seperate saucepan.
Add oats to your milk, along with cinnamon and vanilla extract. Simmer until cooked to your preference.
Once pear is softened, remove from the water and slice in half removing the core.
Pour porridge into a bowl, add the pear on top.
Add all garnishes to serve.
