5 Minute Raspberry Chia Jam

This morning I decided to use my raspberry chia jam for a breakfast parfait, and let me tell you it was damn good.
I layered bio organic yoghurt, granola, and raspberry chia jam - absolute heaven.

With only 2 ingredients, this jam can be whipped up and in a jar within 5 minutes!


Ingredients:

2 cups raspberries (can be fresh or frozen)

3 tbsp chia seeds

Method:

Add raspberries to a heated pot, once they begin to break down stir through the chia seeds.

Mash berries to your desired consistency

Enjoy!
