Salt & Vinegar Crunchy Chickpeas

Ingredients:
1 can chickpeas
1 Tbsp white vinegar
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt flakes
Rinse and strain your chickpeas, pat them dry (essential for the ultimate crunch)
Add vinegar, olive oil, salt and chickpeas to a bowl and stir through
Pour chickpeas into an air fryer, cook for 15 minutes
Serve with a pinch of salt (and 1/2 tsp vinegar for extra flavour if needed)
